Updated: 2/3/15. After more testing, I now prefer Beaver Builder as my page builder and include it with all plans. Thrive Content Builder is still included with Elite Plans and is great for creating landing pages for marketing digital products or capturing emails.

For design and layout of your site and content, it is recommended that you use the layout and options within your theme. For further customization of landing pages and page content, that doesn’t require coding, I recommend any of these drag-and-drop page builders…and I’ve tested dozens.

  1. Beaver Builder $99 – Easy to use, front-end editor. Great for customizing theme and page layouts. Various Page Templates for landing pages and content pages. Try out the demo on their website.
  2. Thrive Content Builder (included with Elite Plans) $59 – Easy to use, front-end editor. Great for customizing page and post layouts. Excellent landing pages that are ideal for marketers. This is my preferred method for creating content in WordPress. Watch the intro video on their website.
  3. Visual Composer $28 – A front-end and back-end editor. A long-time favorite until I starting using the two above. Not as intuitive, but still very easy to use. It has the most features, but no pre-made designs.

I appreciate the amazing product and support. I’ve converted all of my own websites over to the BB Theme and design all of my pages with Page Builder.
